The only drawback for myself is, when i park on the main road, i have to park the car and walk a distance, which i struggle to do. it is such a shame that there is no disabled parking, near the gate, as i am a blue badge holder, and probably a few others are as well, people find it difficult to get to, but love to fish. the loch is great, so why can we not get the right permits, or permission, for disabled people, after all , because weredisabled, people like myself still like to fish. its a great way to relax and unwind.

We The owners would like to invite you to view it and feel free to post on it regarding fishing and the lilly. We both mainly fish at the lilly and would be great to talk about it on our page just for that! I hope Clarkston Angling Club don't mind us making this but we thought it would be a cool fan page, Thanks very much!

On Sunday 26 oct 08 I was fishing the loch at the top end. A very large fish estimated at - when seen ....20lb plus took my rod and reel with it zooming off into the depths never to be seen again. Reel was a creamy white colour with silver spool and rod was a very dark maroon colour with reel seats slide fittings with black tape on back slide. I could not believe what had just happened and will probably have nightmares about it. Because the water was very rough due to the weather i had no chance of seeing it mabye floating. I would be a very happy guy if this shows up and an honest angler held it in to bailiffs hut. I f indeed this did happen my phone number is 07909625100. Thanks
